there are parents who won’t give their kid Tylenol or ibuprofen for fever when they take them to the doctor because they are afraid we won’t believe them. So they come in with fever 102 but still playing on their iPad. I ask them if they want to pay for Gucci Tylenol or give them some like they should have at home
