I’d think they would issue a sentence of house arrest and a SIGNIFICANT fine, it’s the judges discretion in most cases that are successfully prosecuted and more then often they issue jail time, however, just a fine is an option. So it’s possible they only fine him.

For what crime? Clown?
Prosecutor screwed it up in his opening statement. Claiming crimes he was not charged with.
What was discovered in the involvement with the White House seems to have screwed up the documents case as well.
True Biden cluster .......The clown show running this fraud from within the White House ........bit them in the butt .....
When Trump walks in as the new President, whoever is running the show .....Line them all up and fire each one. No Mercy ....
