Nobody said every team or coach is a negative. The problem most people in this thread have with travel ball is the model. Due to the model you have kids playing in a system that is nothing like HS and college baseball. Travel ball people claim it's about getting kids to college but the model isn't anything like college. There are wonderful travel ball organizations that do things the right way, but the model itself sucks and creates problems for kids when they get to HS.
