I would think his decision to not participate at the combine nor at his pro day means his 40 time probably is substandard for a top notch WR. He didn’t want to give anyone a reason to not pick him ahead of Nabers but his lack of participation, seems to be a good reason to me.

He did it because he could... nothing more... football a bloodline sport for lack of a better phrase... I think Nabors and Williams better... but MHJ showed up on the field at OSU and his daddy wasn't a slouch... dude going be good
