All my future vehicles will have 5 % tint. It makes a huge difference. And I am not speaking about privacy, although I do enjoy that benefit. I think it looks better (no differences in shade from front to back to rear), and the upper tier tint also has more reflective properties that help reduce the inside temperature of the vehicle when it bakes in the summer sun.

Agreed. If I get a $200 ticket every year for the rest of my life, so be it. I’m not driving around in a fish bowl.

If you get good ceramic tint you get that same heat benefit at 40%
