Loomis hasn't and will never be that guy. I'm glad he didn't mortgage any future picks. This draft has been fine imo.
It's just he has a horrible way of looking at a team and the way to build it. Saints went from having a stacked roster to having huge holes 3 years later.
That is what happens when you give away and miss draft picks every year.
People are saying it's only a 3rd or 4th. Good teams value the fuch out of 3rd and 4th rounders.

by constantly trading up, and mortgaging future picks, thus decreasing our overall possible picks, it make our "misses" that much worse...
and we are the WORST offender when it comes to this....
