I wish OML was still around

Somehow, he would write a 5 paragraph melt about how this was the final sign that WW3 is upon us

I just wish he would finally admit that Ariel is the greatest Disney princess of all time. Just such a go getter that Ariel. Smart, independent woman who saw what she wanted and went for it. Not like that pretentious bitch Belle.

I think the only thing I said about the original is this seems like a really bad idea to go with a hyper realistic Lion King because lions aren’t the most expressive of animals and really only have two expressions: boredom and being pissed. That’s fine for Shere Khan, but not Simba or Mufasa. You can’t get joy, sadness, or fear in a lion’s face, and thus it will be jarring and be in Uncanny Valley territory.

But yeah, no interest in this, but I read the Wikipedia article and SPOILERS

Apparently in this Mufasa and Scar aren’t even brothers, so now it really doesn’t make any sense that Mufasa keeps Scar around nor do I see Scar’s argument for being next in line for the throne unless he’s just the only other male present. So like the previous one and basically every Disney live action remake since Beauty and the Beast, pass.
