That’s one reason this is kinda silly to arrest someone for.

Here’s another. A 19 yo can’t be with a 16 yo, but as soon as she turns 17 every swinging dick is fair game? How does that make any sense? Wouldn’t a 40 yo banging her in a few months be a bigger problem than what these two teenagers were doing?

Idk the solution but the status quo is illogical.
