I agree, but people are going to have to quit pretending that LSU is on the level as some of these other schools in terms of NIL when we aren't. It's very possible that a big reason that LSU doesn't make the playoff is because of our DL. It's the single biggest need on this team and it isn't even close.

Do you remember a couple of years ago when A&M brought in (or should we say bought, as in $$) a recruiting class of essentially all stars? How did that work out? Do you notice a lot of players transferring to big schools were not very well known or highly recruited when they came out of H.S.? Our D-line basically had no real coach for most of the season as well. I am not expecting our D-line to be world beaters next season, but I believe they will be much improved with a full-time excellent D-line coach and a better defensive scheme with a new DC.

I don’t see nothing better than 7-5 or 8-4. Loses to usc ole miss Bama Oklahoma and maybe A&M. No defense and no JD nabors or thomas. Good luck
