They did so regarding 369 clients (unnamed) and the article doesn’t say if Trump media is one or not.
Do you think whoever selected the auditors (definitely not Trump personally) selected these guys k owing they were shite? There is a relatively small pool to choose from with the expertise to prepare a SPAC.

Again, completely stupid to make this political but all you have to do is take a look at at the Borgers website vs Marcum and you'll get a pretty good sense of who should have been hired.
Of course it wasn't Trump who directly did the hiring so it's stupid to tie this to him but that "small pool" should be smaller.
