had urine flow issues

Lack of flow or excessive? How does one know if there’s an issue with the flow? And if it’s linked to any other issues?

Get the flow, Get the flow, Get the flow, grow.
… Everybody knows that you need the flow,
You need the flow, the flow to grow.
… And if you love to live, you live the life the way you love,
The love you take the gift.
… Cos when you got the flow, you see it on your face,
You feel it in your head, people understand,
… That you've got the flow, and they're beware,
Cos the power's there when you got the flow.

Sorry for this.

It gradually got worse, and I didn't really recognize it as a problem until peeing at a public urinal and noticing how much longer it took me to drain my bladder than others. I was in 33 when I started having the issues.

I would also have retention after peeing sometimes and have a little pee spot on my pants.
