RedHog260, just to be clear, you don’t believe that monkey sounds at a black person is racism, but you also claim racism is a pragmatic belief that some races are superior to others.

Read the definition. Why is someones belief, which may be formed from personal experience something to deride him over. One could make monkey noises at any race. Why should Blacks be treated as if they are exempt and above this very minor act that actually makes the noise maker look foolish? You saying Blacks are special in this regard is racist. Why do you consider them so? I could easily make the case that Blacks are the most racist race in America just for demanding we treat them as if they are special even though they are responsible for 70% of all crime. Have you been to St. Louis? Chicago? Some parts of New Orleans? Being white in some of those neighborhoods is like being ugly in a no ugly zone.
