Nice. Have a blast. Things I love:
-Hapuna Beach
-Poke at Da Poke Shack
-Southpoint has a cool green sand beach but it is a hike
-Drive to Mauna Kea via saddle Rd. Go on a clear night, especially if there are any meteor showers planned
-Go take a Kona coffee tour
-Drive up to Waipio Valley
-Pololu Valley is cool
-If you play golf then play a cool course- tons to pick from
I have not done much offshore but the snorkeling with the rays (as another poster mentioned) looks super cool.
Have fun- I am jealous.
