I'll note as well that regular taxi drivers at the Cuzco airport are quite happy to make stops at interesting sites on the way to a hotel in the valley (in exchange for a higher fee of course). It's not really something that you have to set up in advance. Uber works in Cuzco too (at least, it did in 2017, when I was there).
