When you allow people like the department of education, or any random unbeliever or group of unbelievers to determine intent, especially one who has an axe to grind with Christianity or wants to silence Christians, you open the door to abuse at the highest level.


There is a very good reason for the 1st amendment, and it is NOT TO BE INFRINGED, for very good reasoning.

Its the perfect act. Progs want it because it erodes free speech and gives them a legal mechanism to oppress.

Conservatives like it because it protects israel.

Will pass. Hopefully it doesnt take a "rightwing terror" attack to generate even more public support.
