PJ misses when he’s trying to make it and then makes it when he’s supposed to miss lol. Impressive

I can go out back and shoot better than 12/23 from FT right now. OKC was 23/24 at the line.

fricking hideous display from Dallas at home with a chance to all but seal the series. 100% the difference in the game.

Time for Dallas to change plans. Kyrie can't just be a facilitator and continue to not try to score. I think it's safe to say Luka is hurt more than any of us know and it's time for him to quit taking 20+ shots with no legs under him at all.

Kyrie also played his worst 4th quarter of the series. Had some open looks he just missed.

Really just a bad choke by the Mavs. Interested to know why Gafford wasn’t in to close the game.

What a disaster from my Mavericks. Lead for 44 minutes, let Thunder stick around all game, Miss half your free throws, your 2 best players are silenced.

Advantage now shifts back to OKC in a best of 3, in a series that is bound to go the distance.

Huge choke job by Dallas. Barely shot 50% at the free throw line.

That'll certainly be the excuse. Color guy called him out for trying to play for the foul instead of just shooting the ball and complaining to the refs. He did it all night, even when Dallas looked great on offense. I didn't get it either.

Give credit to OKC. SGA hit those mid-range jumpers all night and they never stopped it.

Just crazy they won that game. I was sure they’d lose and OKC has made some great comebacks this year but they played so awful and shot so badly I didn’t think they could.

Only 12 bench points too. But SGA had 34. Chet with 18 and the biggest FT makes of his short career. Dort with 17. JDub after 2-15 ended up 5-19 with 14. And coach limited Giddey minutes second half.

Best of 3 with 2 at home

Just realized Cal coached 4 players on these rosters tonight.

SGA, PJ Washington, Cason Wallace, Oliver Sarr.

SGA is great of course. But man, Cason is a baller! He is a rookie playing great in playoffs. Not trying go do too much but is a great defender. IMO should be starting for Giddey. Keeper.

And getting Joe, wow he’s been great all year.

How did that work out? You were blabbering all game pretty quiet now.

Win chart for the youngest team in NBA pressured with 1 seed and down 1-2 in series playing on road and trailed 44 minutes. You don’t expect them to come back being so immature age and experience wise. Mavs have a lot of experienced players.

But if Mavs steal game 5 it’s their series to lose. I think each team wins next home games and we have game 7 next Sun in OKC and its anyones series then

Luka can be one of the best players in NBA but he tries to flop too much and whines all game long. If he spent that energy just playing he’d be much better and almost unstoppable. He takes too many 3’s and could drive more often, and get calls.

Look at this one he went out of way to flop trying to get call.

Compare to SGA who doesn’t whine all game he just plays and drives/shoots mod range shots

Better angle. He steered himself into Giddey lol. And they called Giddey for offensive foul.

Of course. If you don’t like it you can ignore the thread. Its sports and I’m posting on a discussion forum. Are you suggesting I don’t post about a team I root for? I’m like the only OKC fan in the thread the rest are mostly all Mavs fans.

So about that Luka injury he doesn’t have any limp after the game.

Safe to say he hasn’t been himself when he is being locked up by Lu Dort and flopping as much as he can to try and get him off the floor. Lu is in his head. He hates playing against him. He’s faking injury to compensate for Lu being a defensive nightmare against him.

And its too bad. Luka has all the talent in the world but he’s turned into a foul merchant spending lots of mental and physical energy to get fouls called instead of playing harder. It starts as soon as the game does and only ends when game is over. He has to change if he wants the respect of the league.

I think Luka is banged up but is also way overplaying it. Much like does in game selling contact.

Dude is awful to watch.
