For my 21 tundra at the dealership, oil change and rotation is around 160. That’s full synthetic and I believe my truck takes around 8.5 quarts.

Yep. I have a '19 Tundra. 5 qt jug of Mobil 1 Full synthetic was $42, bought 2 because the 1qt are $12. Filter was $8-12, can't remember because I bought filters for 2 vehicles.
Basically, spent $160 to change the oil in 2 vehicles, myself.
