Probably is, at least until an incident like this is taken to the Supreme Court.

Amazing how they think it's OK to tax whites then tell them they need not apply when it comes to tax payer funded grants. People talk about ending qualified immunity for police officers... Why not politicians? If your legislation is deemed unconstitutional, you get to be sued personally.

Remember when Biden openly admitted his vax mandates likely were unconstitutional but by the time the case made it to the Supreme Court and they ruled on it the pandemic would mostly be over and it wouldn't matter anymore?

Biden shouldn't be able to rub two pennies together after that.
