re: If you could change or make 3 laws in Louisiana, what would they be?

1. Eliminate EBT/food stamps. Basic and essential food only, can even be delivered weekly from walmarts or other groceries who deliver (no need for massive cost of state food banks). No junk food, prepared food or soda type drinks.

2. Eliminate inspection stickers.

3. Develop a voluntary criminal punishment system to allow public lashings, or similar public physical pain in lieu of incarceration.
