I don't have a Hi-Point but I do have one of those Heritage Rough Rider revolvers and that is just about the best $150 I've ever spent. It's in .22LR / .22WMR, so I guess the Hi-Point does have a power advantage, but if I really needed a cheaper gun I think I'd go with the Heritage.
Nothing against Hi-Points- they don't jam up or break any more than any other auto-loader, from what I've heard.
