So Elias firm is arguing that no "witness" can verify ALL the facts of the person signing the ballot, therefore there should be no witness requirement.
The judge should have agreed with him. The witness cannot verify all the facts, therefore..............ALLL absentee ballots will be inadmissible in the future in the state of Wisconson.
