Some mouthy cleric says they have a bomb.. Iran has the materials to make a bomb. Not deliver.
Iran was in North Korea spending some of that 10 billion trying to learn how to miniaturize a warhead to fit on a missile. Apparently the engineers returned home as failures.
Otherwise they have to deliver the bomb by camel.
Got to have a reliable trigger. There is not a bomb yet.
Iran and North Korea can launch missiles but without a workable warhead.
