I've forgotten more about game dev and the industry than you will ever know. As I've said in the past, you're pretty well informed on other discussions on TD. When it comes to anything Xbox, though, nothing you say is based in reality

95% of my time is spent on PC bud. I just support businesses that are competent and well-run. Nintendo, Sony, Steam - all are amazing and bring different competencies to the table. Microsoft is easy to pick on because basically every decision they make is the wrong one, yet their fans grasp at straws and conjure these ridiculous fantasies in a desperate attempt to cope.
