Seems to my simple mind that once Trump's comptroller testified that he was the person who made the decision of how to book the transaction..... end of case. It wasn't under Trump's direction, the decision was made independent of Trump, therefore no criminal intent.

After all, weren't we told that Hillary Clinton didn't MEAN to delete 42k subpoenaed emails, so there was no criminal intent.
Ditto for illegals who vote in national elections. It's not a crime if they believe they're citizens, even when they're not.
It's positively fascinating how selective the left's outrage is, and how pronounced the limits of their grace are.
