They got on base while facing Skenes, so if they score they count against him, no matter how inept the relief guy was..... and he was. Doesn't seem fair, but pretty sure that's the rule :(

I agree that a runner on second and third should be the offgoing pitchers responsibility because of RISP. What happens if a coach intentionally walks a player to set up left on left for a double play? Man on first shouldn’t count.
