Not saying it can’t/won’t/hasn’t happened, but with the automatic IBB why would you intentionally walk a batter and then pull the pitcher?
On the other side, I never got bringing in a reliever to issue an IBB. Guy comes out of the pen and the first thing you have him do is throw four balls.

Good point. Only thing I can think of in my example is visit the mound then automatic walk to give the relief just a tiny bit more time
