He was selling them. Started as a hobby .....grew to a decent business.
So, you can legally buy these components but can't assemble, then sell?
Yet there really isn't a law that is challenged Constitutionally? I see a challenge coming before SCOTUS which may release Dexter ......Otherwise he learns a new trade in prison.......

Pretty dumb to do anything firearm related in New York IMO.

As I understand it it’s legal to build and possess them but they have to be serialized if you sell them or give them away.
