I'm a dog guy, but like cats OK. However, I am highly allergic to them and could never have one in the house. Even if I visit someone with cats, I leave sick barely able to breathe. So these days I refuse to sit around inside with cats.

I've owned both cats and dogs and I like both. If you want a pet who pretty much takes care of itself get a cat. If you want a pet who totally loves you and trainable get a dog.

Definitely pro cat. I never wanted the dog we have and will not allow another one.

I’ve never really cared for dogs going back to being attacked by them as a kid. Cats I’ve always loved. We have a couple of Scottish kitties, one folded, one straight.

I had a couple of great cats as a kid. Came when you called them, followed you around like a dog, play with you, etc. Dogs are much more personal though.
