Pretty sure that this is illegal as frick. Way around it are make your wife 51% owner of the business that way it is a majority owned woman business. She would get 50% in a divorce what is another 1%? If you are single, come out a Trans woman and dare them to call you on it. Until sanity returns we will have to get creative.
