Good. That fricking shite is poison for kids. And yes, they’re selling to kids.

Someone is finally thinking of the kids.

While we are at it, what are they doing to address piss poor education of public schools? What about crime in juveniles? Cost of day care?

Curious why this takes precedence over other things which actually affects our kids?

Guaranteed it’s partly rooted in the prison system in this shite state

Don’t worry guys, this politician from Shreveport knows what’s best for all of you.

Meanwhile in MS I renewed my medical card last week and the practitioner told me that the state was striving to be on the cutting edge of the cannabis industry, They have earmarked funds for a medical cannabis research facility and will be breaking ground soon. It will be paid for with earnings from the current program.

Easier windmill to tilt at and also mucho kickbacks from competitor lobbies.

It’s a no-brainer if you’re a scumbag Louisiana legislator.

Why after all this time would politicians care about this? Answer is, Sloth Edwards is gone, the RHINO gets elected, now he has to satisfy North Louisiana Baptists and cops. Leave it to Louisiana to go backwards when the rest of the country is going forward with legalization.

I may be wrong but I don't think this is much of a Baptist issue. As others have said, it's about the sheriffs and the alcohol lobby.

Mockler got mad that they lost money so they came after weed.

Those guys are unhinged - they don’t want their employees drinking other beers in public and are assholes to local breweries/taprooms.

I’m sure the Bud Light with Nuts incident really made them snap… shame on Guaranty for carrying their torch on 104.5.

If alcohol can be made illegal to sell to minors so can weed. And it is.

I'll never be convinced that hard liquor is okay to be legal but marijuana is not. That's totally asinine

Query: to your knowledge, are more teens hospitalized every year from alcohol poisoning or THC poisoning? Do more teens die from alcohol poisoning or THC poisoning?

Neighbor’s kid ended up in hospital after a bike accident. Ban bikes! It is for their safety!

Kids aren't 21+ and if they're selling them to anyone younger than that business is doing so illegal. Just like setting tobacco or alcohol to minors.
