Rouses had no pineapples (good ones) this weekend when I went to restock. Is the current epidemic covered by the other thread the reason? I had to resort to Dole cans for my salsa the other night for my mahi mahi tacos...not a fan compared to fresh.

I do something similar with fish tacos but mango, chopped red onions, and red bell pepper

MPt, yeah I use both. Also sub in peaches for the mango when I start getting Ruston peaches brought down to me. Which, it's almost that time.
