The guy turned LSU around in one year to win the SEC, but he's a terrible coach now. He has 1 player that would start for any other SEC team. ONE. Taz. Storm would probably come off the bench for most of the others. Spencer? Ehh...That's what he was left with. He does have some young talented players, but too green at the moment.
LSU is not Kentucky. We're not going to go out and get the John Walls of the CBB World. Not at this point in the program.
Although, I am very excited about his upcoming recruiting class.
Half the people complaining don't even follow the basketball team.

A ton of fans have season tickets for the sports teams that they follow, but it doesn't stop them from not knowing what the hell they are talking about.

I never said I was, but I'm not the one trying to tear down Trent's past accomplishments not even two years into the job.
He won the SEC just last year in his first year on the job, and has a top 10-15 recruiting class coming in this year.
I guess we should just cut our ties now. Let's fire him.
But to reply to me as you having BB season tickets doesn't make you an expert either.

Me too. 
Let's support the guy. I think the program is on the right track.
This season is terrible. No doubt about it, but I believe Trent is building a solid foundation for future success.

Had Johnson stayed at Nevada they would have been close to gaining a Gonzaga level of consistency for a mid-major. In fact they destroyed #2 seeded Gonzaga in 2004 in the second round. He had a phenomenal player in a Nick Fazekas and another guard/forward that wasn't too shabby. At Stanford he recruited the Lopez twins both of whom are now in the NBA.

he obviously needs to be fired. I bet the Laker's coach would come if Skip called. Who wouldn't want to coach an SEC team with this fan base and facilities? He won't even have to get different color shirts.

I think it is clear that LSU fans are simply not going to give this guy a chance to build a program, which by the way, only has LSU bandwagon fans. Let's just write him off because of your data instead of giving the man a chance.

no party just facts, lets wait and see what tj does. alleva knows freshman are very reliable see his football quote..same as basketball. tj's never been anywhere long enough to build anything.
