I bought the Weber Q grill 2 years ago.
I love it for everyday use.
Its also great for roasting veggies and the such
Only drawback is it has only one burner. But that has never been an issue with me.
Of course I have a large charcoal pit I use for smoking and large cookouts.

I have the Charbroil Infra Red and it is a very good grill for high temp. grilling. I do not use it to smoke anything. I have an electric Old Smokey that is 10 years old and smokes like a champ. Depends on how you use the grill I guess.
