Good read. I particularly enjoyed the comment about the lack of MLS interest in the Southeast.

Yeah, I caught that as well. No surprise that football rules all here. Kind of surprised though you don't see an MLS team in Florida.

I mean, I understand them not being in Mississippi, Bama, or Arkansas, but, it seems Florida should have the fan base for it.

Go figure, right? "Soccer is a socialist game" <in an exaggerated drawl>.

The opportunities to make inroads into the SE seem to be NC. Not sure I agree about Atlanta. Are there a large enough hispanic population to support a team? Otherwise, realistically how much other support will you get?
