Beer recommendations?

I admit that I've never been a big beer-drinker; I just never cared much for it. Still, I'd like to try some beers that are supposed to be the "best" to perhaps see what I'm missing out on. If you could recommend one (and ONLY one) beer for me to try, what would it be?

I am a fan of a few Sam Adams seasonals. Winter Lager is one of my favorites.

If I'm limited to just one, I recommend Anchor Steam.
