This is my take as well. Scripted situations, and then they just roll footage. It's essentially an improv show. And I like that these guys are smart enough to be in on the joke. It's just a fun show that's legitimately funny.

It's probably the only reality show my wife watches I don't hate. Way too much reality TV is so mean-spirited.

Yeah, I think the biggest draw for most of us is that these dudes could easily be our friends. We can all see ourselves pretty much acting like this on the regular, at work, in the woods etc. Nothing they do is a huge stretch. I mean some things can border "over the top" but even then it seems to serve a purpose and it turns out funny.

I'd like to think if I was a CEO of a multi-million dollar company, I'd try to carry myself and my family in a similar way.
