Isn't there still one on Jones Creed, across from the old Woodlawn location?

I can't believe I forgot about Joe D's. Great call. I use to eat there all the time. Fried chicken, porkchop sandwich, bake beans and potato salad. It was great.

These places are really nostalgic IMO, and lots were on Siegen.

Dreamland BBQ-----ewww nasty
Smokey Bones---i liked that place
Krispy Kreme------Siegen Lane----yummy
Corkey's BBQ----Holiday Inn----ewww nasty
Niche---is that place still open and has anyone ever gone there?
Aubin Lane Dinner Theater---i liked that place too
Early Bird Restaurant at JC Penney in Cortana
Ponchos---Siegen Lane---lol, i never went and heard the place was stupid and the food was nasty
Alexander's---LSU's Charlie Alexander's restaurant where Tuesday Morning is now on Jones Creek & Tiger Bend

Pedro's (Pedro's Special at 2:15 am served by Angelo.)

Old Man Duple's Pumpin' Station (you'd unwrap the roast beef and it would be swimming in an awesome mayo/au juice pool)

Dragon Hall (This place never gets the respect an all-you-can-eat for $4.95 Chinese buffet next to campus deserves. Occasionally they'd have nice sized fried shrimp in the buffet, 25 cent cans of Bud, and always had a soft serve machine.)

The Italian place where Circle K is now. Food wasn't great but there was no minimum for deliveries.

Yea this is a good one. I loved their fried chicken and a roast beef sandwich. That mayo spread they made was delicious. Anyone remember to old guys name that ran the cash register? Those two big brothers that worked behind the deli counter?

The big brother died. They called him double d. David digeralamo I'm sure I'm spelling their name wrong. His parents owned the place.

Hopper's at Cortana Mall

As far as Godfathers goes, there was one in Oak Plaza in Prairieville... not sure if it's still there though.
