I will here in a lil bit, this was my first attempt at it.. came out a lot better than I thought it would.

The trick is to buy sushi rice, it naturally cooks better. Tonight I just did fried shrimp roll with avocado and cream cheese. Tomorrow I'm doing Alaskan smoked salmon and ahi tuna.. got some yellowfin filets, but I may just smoke them

grab a bottle of rice wine vinegar and splash a capfull in tomorrow, will make the rice sticky and easier to shape
