Remember in the meeting with the IRS auditor he specifically clarifies that Skyler isn't accounting for any other company. She tells him no.
My guess is the IRS connects the dots and sees she's now running a car wash that's reporting record profits.

Also, I don't think Ted will "flip" on Skyler. No one suspects foul play at this point unless Ted initiated it. Seems he just told the hospital it was an accident.

forgot about that. Maybe the house is fenced off from the IRS seizing it? Does Walt end up going down for tax evasion or some stupid shite?
