Realistically though it's probably already here. There have been several cases already confirmed right? Think about the amount of people the average traveler comes in contact with on a daily basis through an airport etc.

Touching hand rails, using the restroom, stopping at a restaurant, sitting in the damn airplane chair.

The most damning thing about this whole disease is probably the long period it takes time to show. If people are able to transmit it during those 3 weeks etc (no clue if they can), wow.... We are probably fricked as a whole.

By the time we realize we have a problem, it will be too late. It will spread like wildfire, mutate rapidly and game over.
