How do you know one of them wasn't the sober driver?

Because I had been watching them drink for the past hour+?

When I left and was off the clock and off restaurant property in the parking lot they all piled in an SUV and were drinking with open containers and about to drive off, I called the police on them and reported their plate number. So they tried to transfer everything to a 2nd car and I reported that plate number too. Finally they got the help of a manager of the restaurant to hide their stash of alcohol so if/when they got pulled over they had nothing and would come back and get it later.

This all happened when I was off the clock and not on property. But the girls involved are shouting "harrassment" at me and told the manager who helped them stash away the alcohol I harrassed them by following them to their car when I was reporting the plate number to the police on the phone and yelled at them not to drink and drive in the parking lot and of course the manager agreed and is on their side. And apparently you can be fired for harrassment even off the clock and off property, as long as it involves employees

That's some major creeping. Assuming any of this is true and not just some mindless trolling, I'd say those girls were right to be concerned about you. If you'll watch other people interact for a hour in a group that you're not meant to be a part of, especially if you're off the clock and have no reason to even be there anymore, I'd say you have some problems. They'll probably all rest easier if you do get canned.

It's a restaurant job so don't stress first off, there are plenty of them and if you were already on a short leash it means you've fricked up and a new start may do you good.

If you do have to start over try and apply the same values you take so seriously with drunk driving to your work. Work hard, be prompt, be courteous. There's not much more you need to be successful on a job liken that, and you will do fine.
