This. It's been stated numerous times on this board that Andrew at Parish has to keep the manufacturing of Canebrake rev'ed up because that's his money-maker.
Bayou Teche's LA 31 Pale Ale, widely known amongst beer "mavens" as a not very good pale ale, is their top seller, ranking above Cocodrie, which is actually a good, tasty beer.
