not having the sales figures from other breweries, how do we know it is an exception?

We do know there is such a demand for easy drinking hop forward beers like session IPAs that in the short time since early 2012 when All Day was introduced until now it accounts for half of Founders' production.

Founder's distributes into states where interest in craft beer, especially hoppy craft, is much higher than that in Louisiana. Walk around the tailgating area of an LSU game, then walk around one at say...Michigan.

Only two Louisiana-based breweries distribute outside of Louisiana, Abita and Bayou Teche.
