Depends on what part of the state you're in my friend. There is a reason why most of the players who make it professionally in basketball are from North LA.

There is only one solution: divide the state in half, maybe draw a line right below Alexandria. Have the two halves develop their own constitution. Have the north champ play the south champ. Problem solved. Oh but wait,,,, this would only work until some butt hurt didn't win something and decide to change the rules again. Better yet, divide the state into 4 quadrants.

In the last couple years, besides Markel, who else is from the North that made it to the league? BR and Nola dominate producing NBA players.
