Publics have to recruit their own kids to come to their school,because every private within cumshot is there recruiting. So yes, publics recruit, but they are recruiting their kids to stay in their school. Let the privates only use those that are zoned to them and watch what happens.

That is crap. Take off your public school glasses and really look at it. Publics recruit all over and not just their zones. West Monroe is famous for taking kids out of other public schools to get them on their campus. Just ask Bradie James for one.

You are very naive on this issue. You are aware that for a public school to get a transfer, all they have to do is get a kid to move in their district and he is eligible? Or wait, they could just lie about where or who the kid is living with. That happens a lot. If a kid transfers to a private school, he has to sit a year regardless of where he lives. Recruiting advantage...public.
