Not the best choice in the world, but Buffalo sauced egg whites just haven't cut it to kill the desire for wings

I'm fasting on coffee and caffeine pills until dinner. About to go in for shoulders and arms then have a ton of errands to run so I won't be needing/thinking about food.

I've been reading this thread for a while and thought I'd share my stats.

I've enjoyed reading and getting ideas here. I've been on the low carb pain train for a while. But I haven't been very strict lately. Got to get that last 11 off. Don't think I've been under 200 since HS. Hoping you guys can keep me accountable!

Mclenore, buddy really sorry to hear about this.
You need to research the effects of a no carb diet on cancer. Cancer thrives on glucose and from the research I have seen and read, going completely no carb helps tremendously in treatment and the odds of beating cancer.
Also you should look into the effects of dnp on cancer. I would never recommend dnp to anybody else except for those in your situation. I am not saying take it, I am saying do your own research and decide if it's right for you as I don't know how it effects each type of cancer.
But I highly recommend completely no carb though. And I will say some prayers buddy and really hope you keep up the good fight.

Bookmarked.
When I'm hungry, I'll look at that pile of slop.
.....and not eat at all. Thanks
