frick that. You're going to replace just about everything on that. Expect to rebuild the tranny, the rear-end, the transfer case, replace the A/C system, brakes, bearings, upholstery.

I sold my 99 Chevy Silverado 4x4 truck in pretty damned good condition with 100k miles for like 2,500 five years ago. I know a Tahoe, especially a 2 door, is sought after, but at 10k, you could buy a 2006 with 100k miles and weld the back doors shut.
