Collins was better than both Jeremy Hill and Leonard Fournette. LSU may never have another running back put up 234 yards against Auburn.

Are you serious? LF had like 222 last year and could be had another 80 if he wanted to.

19 carries 227 yards last year with only 3 second half carries. Was not tacked in the second half... 2tds and 1 play he drug 5 players out of bounds after demolishing a DB.
Could have easily had 300 yards with a reasonable non Derrick Henry # of carries

Probably not if Miles sits them 2-1/2 quarters into the game:
Fournette (2015): 19 carries 228 yards 12.0 ypc 3 TDs
Collins (1997): 27 carries 232 years 8.6 ypc 2 TDs

Total: 99 carries, 864 yards, 8.72 yards per carry, 216 yards per game, 11tds
Fournette had a much better 4 game stretch last year. And he put up 228 against Auburn in an extremely satisfying revenge win.
Cecil's 4 game stretch
Rushing Receiving Scrimmage
School Conf Class Pos G Att Yds Avg TD
LSU SEC RB 4 72 596 8.3 3
149 yards per game, only 3 tds.
Give me fournette all day. More pure talent and SMART and HUMBLE!
Cecil couldnt stay healthy either and he was horrible with the dolphins.
LF already has 2 seasons with over 1,000 yards.
No comparison.
