Is Miles Sick?

Seriously, is he on serious medication? I am not talking about coaching performance. He really has struggled more than ever on answering questions. I noticed it at the half Saturday. It got worse in the post game. Then the presser today was a dumpster fire. Is this guy ill? I mean he obviously has dementia because he can't remember he has tried this same offense with limited success for years, but man he looks bad.

That's a team issue. Will handle it internally.

I think the stroke was worse than he let on

He was told he had to fix it and realizes he doesn't know how. He is no longer enjoying his job because of this and knows his time is now extremely limited coaching the game of football.

Didn't he have an operation on his brain while at Oklahoma St?

I really think something is wrong. I mean I get it he is clueLES... I know. But I wonder if there isn't a health clause or something and he can't just step down.

He has seemed more "off" than usual since the beginning of last season to me. It's like the whole process tires him out a lot more than it should. I want him gone but I hope it's nothing dementia related. I have lost family members with that and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Nothing a few toss dives in practice won't cure. After those he'll be good as new.

He is a defeated person. You can see it and hear it.

Dammit I wish he'd gone ahead and left last year. Nothing about this is going to be pretty.
Yeah I know hindsight is 20/20...

Don't want to speculate at all but I think that coffee overdose mishap was something else.

That's what pressure does to you.

I've been saying he has dementia.

Idk if he's sick as much as he is worn down. It definitely seems like he's out of answers.
He seemed like he at least used to believe the BS he was spitting, but now he doesn't. Seeing him stumble through the stats and questions today was painful.

I've honestly wondered the same thing, especially after his comments at half-time about the passing game going well, after his post-game comments, and during his presser today.
What has been written off as "quirky" might actually be something related to a biochemical thing going on with his brain.
I can't believe that someone capable of lucidity would make the comments he made, and I don't believe that he was just "bullshitting."
Hanigriff made a reference to him being removed from reality. He may be stubborn, but his recent comments go beyond that, IMO.
If so it's sad.
He should have just taken the cue last year and left.
While not ready to write off most of the rest of the season just yet, it's difficult to believe that this will end well for him in a number of ways.
