Some people are way overthinking this. An ice chest already has a drain. No reason to own any special "crawfish cleaning device" unless you're boiling many sacks in one day. Even still, I'll do 5 sacks in a day and a 120 qt ice chest works absolutely fine.

It's a lot easier to transfer from a champagne than an ice chest, and the champagne is pretty much useful all the time
